Hi there! I’m Ingeborg Leonoor. I’m a Reiki Master and Breathwork facilitator, and I help people reconnect with themselves in a gentle but powerful way.

When I was 17, my family and I moved to Thailand. Suddenly, I was in this completely new world with a different language, culture, smells, food, and rhythms of life. It changed me and showed me how wide the world is and how much there is to explore, not just outside, but inside ourselves too.

After finishing high school, I went back to the Netherlands to study Hospitality Management in Amsterdam. Half a year in Madrid followed, and it felt like a burst of life. The city, the people, the energy, it was intoxicating. I soaked it all in and felt alive in a way I had never before.

 

Then life became heavy. Back in Amsterdam, I faced mental and physical challenges and started looking for ways to feel grounded again. That is when I discovered Reiki and Breathwork. They were more than tools, they became lifelines. Through gentle energy work, conscious breathing, and receiving coaching, I began to reconnect with myself and slowly remembered what it felt like to be whole.

 

Over the past four years, Indonesia has become my home. I trained in Reiki levels 1 and 2 in Bali and became a certified Breathwork facilitator. Now I live in Lombok, hosting Reiki circles and Breathwork sessions. Every time I watch someone reconnect with their own strength and clarity, it fills me with joy.

For me, these practices are not just techniques. They are a way of being. They teach presence, compassion, and connection and remind us that the deepest kind of healing comes from coming back to ourselves. I cannot wait to share this space with you.
