What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of consciously controlling our breathing to improve our physical, mental, emotional, and overall health. It is something we do every day without even thinking about it, but by becoming more aware and intentional with our breath, we can tap into its power. Our breath is connected to everything we do and feel- from our thoughts and movements to our emotions and overall well-being. By using different techniques of breathwork, such as deep belly breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and breath-holding techniques, we can improve our ability to manage stress, boost our energy levels, and connect with our inner self. It is a simple yet powerful tool available to everyone for improving their quality of life.

Guided by various techniques such as conscious connected breathing, I will support you in tapping into the power of your own breath. Furthermore, throughout the session I will be your compassionate witness and assist you in whatever support you need in the moment, trusting that your breath will provide exactly what you can handle. This safe and effective healing tool will allow you to connect with your inner self and experience improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

Sessions can be done in person, virtually, or in a group-setting and generally last around 2 to 2.5 hours. Through the use of the BreathingCold method, we will combine both stimulating and calming techniques to soothe your nervous system and increase your energy and mental clarity. Whether it's releasing physical tension, managing stress, or simply connecting with your breath, I am here to support you on your journey towards a more concious and balanced life. Frequency of treatments

While you have the freedom to book my sessions as often as you feel called to, I encourage you to take time to integrate your lessons and insights received during the session. As much as I believe in the power of breathwork, I also believe in the importance of proper integration for the session to have a lasting impact on your overall well-being.

However, the frequency of sessions ultimately depends on your personal preference and needs. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may find monthly or even quarterly sessions sufficient. It is important to listen to your body and intuition to determine the best frequency for you.
